  • ORANGE SMOOTHIE

    1 cup milk
    1 cup orange juice
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 large scoops of ice cream

    Mix milk, orange juice, sugar, and ice cream in a blender or put in a large jar; cover and shake. Serve orange smoothie immediately. Makes about 3 cups of orange smoothie.
  • HEALTHY PUMPKIE PIE SMOOTHIE

    1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
    1/2 of a banana
    3/4 cup low fat kosher yogurt
    1 T. honey
    1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 t. vanilla extract
    1 cup crushed ice

    Blend until smooth and enjoy!
  • STRAWBERRY-BANANA SMOOTHIE

    2 cups milk
    1 cup fresh and washed or frozen strawberries
    1 banana
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 teaspoons sugar
    4 ice cubes

    (1) put all the ingredients into the blender. break the banana in to 4-5 pieces in the blender. (2) cover the blender at hi speed for 30 seconds or until it's smooth. pour the smoothie into two tall glasses and drink! for an extra-special touch stick a strawberry into the rim of each glass
