    1 cup distilled water
    1 banana, cut in small pieces
    2 Tbsp. Superfood
    1 Tbsp. Vitaherbs powder
    1 apple, cut in small pieces
    2 Tbsp. Barley powder
    1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
    1 tsp. wheat germ oil

    Mix all ingrediants together in a blender and serve over ice or blend with ice to create a healthy smoothie.

    1/2 cup pureed pumpkin
    1/2 of a banana
    3/4 cup low fat kosher yogurt
    1 T. honey
    1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
    1/4 t. vanilla extract
    1 cup crushed ice

    Blend until smooth and enjoy!

    2 cups milk
    1 cup fresh and washed or frozen strawberries
    1 banana
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 teaspoons sugar
    4 ice cubes

    (1) put all the ingredients into the blender. break the banana in to 4-5 pieces in the blender. (2) cover the blender at hi speed for 30 seconds or until it's smooth. pour the smoothie into two tall glasses and drink! for an extra-special touch stick a strawberry into the rim of each glass
