Promise for a Housewife

by Anonymous

So you're a housewife. What a shame.

What fulfillment does that allow you,

For without a business suit we are told

You are not of value,

For all you do throughout all the day

Is help shape a life?

And stand in the gap to pray for your home,

And to be a righeous wife.

You teach your children about Yahweh and his word as meditation,

So as hertiage will follow their lives from generation to generation.

And on that final judgement day, when the saints are gathered

around Yahweh's throne.

One wonders how many shall say, "I am here, because Mom stayed at home."
